The Role
Working within the Social Housing sector, you will be carrying out reactive repairs and planned maintenance in occupied properties.
Duties will include:

Kitchen and bathroom repairs

Door hanging and adjustments

Skirting, architraves and flooring

Minor multi-trade works where required

Working in tenanted properties with professionalism and care
