Job Duties and Responsibilities
Implement Dana's change management process strictly, including APQP& PPAP process.Report the changes that violate the process.Coordinate cross-functional change requests (CRs) from proposal to closure.Document change plans, implementation records and post-review summaries.Communicate change details to stakeholders and collect feedback for adjustments.Track change progress, identify issues and escalate to the change control board (CCB) timely.Education and Qualifications
Associate degree or above with mechanical or related major.Familiar with the IATF16949 requirement.Familiar with the customer special requirements.Have a sense of risk awareness.Good written English and communication skillsWord, Excel and PPT office tool requirement.First t...
