About the roles

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) engages in peer-level scientific exchange with clinicians and researchers in neuromuscular and autoimmune diseases at UCB. They build trusted, science-driven relationships to deepen understanding of conditions like myasthenia gravis, support the development of new therapies and co-create value for patients.

The MSL develops a deep understanding of ecosystem needs, crucial for the further development of tactics to be implemented in our strategic activities, acts as the key customer-facing contact, connects external stakeholders with internal UCB capabilities, and drives tailored, purpose‑fit solutions
