Dynamics CRM Developer – Service/Sales Module

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, primarily in the Service and/or Sales modules.
• Develop and maintain plugins, custom workflows, and server-side logic using C#.
• Configure and customize OOTB (Out-of-the-Box) features of the Dynamics Service module.
• Implement and enhance Service Management functionalities within Dynamics CRM.
• Integrate CRM with other systems and applications as required.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Required Skills:

• 6–8 years of experience in application development.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
