1. Duties and Responsibilities

• Machine Setup: Wire EDM machines require precise setup. Machinists are responsible for setting up the machine, including installing the appropriate wire electrode, securing the workpiece, and configuring machine parameters such as wire tension, feed rate, and voltage.
