Job Summary

Join our innovative engineering team as a Motor Control Engineer, where you will play a critical role in developing high-power, high-efficiency motor control systems and power conversion solutions for advanced underwater robotic and electromechanical systems. 
Responsibilities
Lead the development of low to high power motor controls, drives, active front end rectifiers, and other power conversion components. 
Design and produce substantial portions of electrical and control system architectures for complex projects, often working with minimal supervision. 
Collaborate closely with mechanical, software, and systems engineers to integrate and optimize system performance. 
Supervise, mentor, and guide junior engineers and technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment.
