Motion & Graphic Designer - Prácticas - No Experience Required

Carrots is a fast‑moving studio building and scaling consumer subscription apps (iOS/Android). We manage meaningful monthly budgets and operate with a strict payback mindset. We’re now hiring a Motion Graphics Designer (Internship) to partner hand‑in‑hand with our UA team —turning ideas into high‑performing creatives for Meta, TikTok, Snap, and UGC.
This is a high‑leverage role: you’ll turn creative testing into a repeatable, capital‑efficient acquisition engine —shipping fast, learning faster, and scaling what works.
Eligibility: You’re currently studying at a university in Spain (ideally in or near Barcelona) and can sign a convenio de prácticas. This position is open exclusively for internship agreements.
