Mortgage Paraplanner

First Time Finance is expanding and we’re looking for a highly organised, detail‑driven Mortgage Paraplanner to support our advisers and help clients move closer to owning their first home in the UK.

If you’ve got at least 1 year of experience in mortgage admin or paraplanning, a keen eye for detail, perseverance when success looks unlikely, and a passion for solving problems for clients, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

• Review client documents (ID, payslips, bank statements, visas) for accuracy and lender criteria fit
• Complete lender affordability checks and run product sourcing
• Manage our AIP Process
• Keep clients updated to ensure a smooth and stress‑free journey
• Work directly with one adviser
