About the Role

Job Description
 :MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES
Technical Leadership and Systems Development
Ensure that the WV Ukraine Crisis Response Strategy is supported by quality MEAL framework and processes In close coordination with MEER and UCR SLT develop UCR Strategy.
Ensure that all projects are supported with quality M&E plans & measurement processes established, with clearly outlines KPI’s and methodologies.
Establish and maintain (up to date) response level assessments and context assessments as needed.
Take leadership on the overall MEAL system and ensure synergy between the different M&E, humanitarian accountability & learning processes.
Ensure that the overall MEAL system is developed based on local capacity, cost-effective approaches and sustainable processes.
Ensure alignment and maximum leverage with global impact frameworks (OIOS, Results for Children).
Ensure UCR is utilizing MEAL functionalities of iMPA...
