About the Role
You will join an international technology team responsible for designing, building and operating cloud native database services . The focus of the role is on NoSQL platforms , where the team owns the full lifecycle of the service, from design and automation to daily operations.
This is a hands on engineering role, closer to platform and service engineering than traditional database administration.
What you will do
- Design and create new cloud based database services
- Work within an international Scrum team developing and operating a NoSQL cloud platform
- Build and maintain automation processes to simplify database operations
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new features from database technologies
- Act as a technical point of contact for internal teams using the database services
- Contribute to reliability, scalability and continuous improvement of the platform
