Molding Process Engineer

The Process Engineer is responsible for coordinating the molding efforts on new program launches, setting up and/or revising manufacturing processes and assisting the manufacturing operations in problem solving and continuous process improvements.

• coordinates closely on a daily basis or as frequently as possible with the production manager and planning section for the daily, weekly or monthly production target/machine plan or schedule;
• attends daily meeting with operations team together with customer representative;
• monitors production efficiency and conduct root cause analysis for low efficient items and report it thru Titan;
• leads technical team and perform daily tool box meeting for daily related issues;
• monitors technical members for machine set-up and production run;
• checks and monitors production output per Work Order;
• monitors product movement from one process to the next process up to last process, ...
