Mold Process Engineer

About the Role
As a Mold Process Engineer, you will be the technical owner of your assigned tools and processes. You will not only support daily operations but also spearhead yield improvement and cost-reduction projects that directly impact the bottom line.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize Operations: Develop and implement improved manufacturing methods to boost efficiencies, yields, and machine performance.
Project Leadership: Execute improvement plans for cost reduction, quality enhancement, and new product support.
Production Flow: Perform lot and equipment dispositions to minimize cycle time in a high-volume 300mm Fab.
Problem Solving: Identify systematic process/equipment issues and lead data-driven resolutions.
Ramp Support: Execute equipment/process startups and Special Work Requests (SWRs).
Must-Have Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of relevant Mold Process experience.
Platform Expertise: Recent, hands-on experience (2023–Present) with Towa and/or...
