Your role?
We are looking for a Model Supervisor who reflects the innovative spirit, creative talent, collaborative mindset and passion for great filmmaking that define ILM.
The Model Supervisor provides project supervision and direction for a team of artists who create the desired models, ensuring that they are created and rendered according to the designs and visual style of the project. In partnership with the Head of Department, this position serves as a role model and mentor for the modelling team, with the objective of fostering a collaborative team environment, and producing high-quality imagery.
What will you be doing?
Manages their time effectively across multiple projects, being capable of delegating, acting as a catalyst for ideas and directly leading asset modelling when required.
