We provide strategic and operational support to facilitate smooth expatriate transitions and align mobility practices with organizational goals.
Job Description
- Oversee the full expatriate lifecycle, including pre-assignment, on-assignment, and repatriation processes.
- Coordinate with external vendors for management of work visa, permits, and other immigration requirements in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with external vendors for relocation services, housing, and travel arrangements.
- Collaborate with other compensation & benefits PICs to provide guidance to expatriates regarding tax, payroll, and benefits considerations.
