Mobility Platforms Engineer

The Mobility Platforms Engineer will contribute to the development of the Firm's mobile strategy by researching and evaluating new technologies. The role-holder will be a member of the Interface team under the Firm's Infrastructure area.
Main Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the Firm's current and future enterprise mobile computing technology and infrastructure
Act as the escalation point for issues arising from projects and Business as Usual (BAU) operations; ensure prompt resolution and appropriate communication with impacted parties
Collaborate with other IT, security, and business areas to understand current mobility requirements and implement solutions that meet their needs
Work with various device Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and software vendors to understand their strategies for providing enterprise mobility solutions
Assist with developing and communicating new mobility services offerings and device standards
