PERSOL is currently seeking a Mobilisation Coordinator to work within their largest team, based in Burswood. The role will involve working with our Major and National accounts in the assistance of onboarding our onsite employees within the Mining and Resources industry. Reporting into the Operations Manager, you will assist multiple Recruitment teams with their requirements.

What you will be doing:

• Ensuring each new employee has completed the PERSOL registration via our company App
• Order and organise PPE for our new and existing employees
• Ensure all employees details are loaded into our internal database
• Book medicals and inductions
• Book flights and other pre-mobilisation requirements
• Ensure all employees have complied with the company HSE requirements
• Manage employee data and ensure all is up to date
