Role Profile:

EUT Mobile Endpoint Squad is looking to hire a Mobile Support Engineer who will join the global team of mobile engineers and developers responsible for enabling the mobile technologies that power the firms bring-your-own-device and corporate mobile offerings. The candidate will have a very strong technical foundation, a strategic mind-set, great communication skills and the ability to collaborate well with others in a truly global team. Role and responsibilities:

• Work in Mobile Endpoint Squad responsible supporting Microsoft Intune Infrastructure

• Perform incident diagnosis, troubleshooting and escalation for end user issues.

• Deploy mobile services, tools, and applications required for Microsoft Intune.

• Optimize and hand-off of work to Level 2 offshore team.

• Be the owner of the problem and change management processes.
