Mobile Service Engineer
Location: Leeds & Yorkshire Area
Core Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 17:00pm
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Working as part of a team in & around the Leeds & surrounding areas, delivering routine PPM’s to varying M&E services such as water hygiene monitoring, emergency lighting testing amongst various other duties. There will also be ongoing minor repairs to the commercial properties within the portfolio. Completing the planned servicing & reactive reports, ensuring that significant events or activities are noted and effectively communicated to JLL FM team and INTEGRAL management. Actively participate and complete Health and Safety compliance activities, such as Hazard/Near Miss Reporting and regular attendance/completion of scheduled Toolbox Talks.
