The mobile mechanic plays a key role as the guardian of the performance of our semi-trailers—regardless of make or model—by working directly at our clients’ locations. With strong mechanical expertise and a high level of autonomy, the incumbent is responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and inspections to ensure transportation operations run smoothly.
YOUR ROLE
- Perform maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting and repairs on trailers
- Install and/or repair air, electrical and hydraulic systems
- Assemble and/or repair suspensions, axles and braking systems
- Repair or replace structural components such as floors, walls, doors, and roofs
- Carry out general mechanical work
- Use various tools and specialized equipment to diagnose, isolate and repair faults
