Mobile Launch Associate

Overall: The Mobile Banking Launch Associate is the strategic lead for the end-to-end onboarding of our mobile and partner applications. This role bridges the gap between initial planning and post-launch optimization, ensuring every release is seamless, compliant, and user-centric. The Mobile Banking Onboarding Associate will act as the final gatekeeper of quality, a champion for UI/UX, and the central hub for cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities include:

Partner Onboarding and App Launch

• Lead the onboarding lifecycle of the whitelabel app, ensuring all technical and operational milestones are met
• Orchestrate high-stakes app launches across iOS and Android ecosystems.
• Ensure 100% compliance with Apple App Store and Google Play Store guidelines.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive deployment plans in collaboration with the Head of Mobile Banking.
