Mobile Developer Flutter + Native Android/iOS – RTMP Live Streaming App

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Developer to join our team for a cross-platform live streaming app built using RTMP. The role involves developing and integrating real-time video filters (beauty, color, and smoothing) on native Android (Kotlin) and iOS (Swift), while connecting them to our Flutter front-end.
You will be responsible for enhancing our RTMP fork, implementing native filter features, and optimizing real-time performance across platforms.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement real-time video filters (beauty, smoothing, and color effects) on Android and iOS.
Integrate filters into a custom WebRTC fork, modifying the native media pipeline as required.
Optimize performance for smooth, low-latency live streaming.
Bridge native Android/iOS modules with Flutter using MethodChannel.
Ensure cross-platform feature consistency and reliability.
Collaborate with the Flutter team for UI and streaming control integration.
