Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS (Native or Flutter).

Implement UI as per approved designs and Government usability standards.

Integrate mobile apps with backend APIs, authentication, and notification services.

Ensure app security, performance, and compatibility across devices and OS versions.

Fix bugs, support enhancements, and manage app store submissions.

Work closely with Backend, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams.

Maintain documentation, version control, and release notes.
