About the Role

Job Description
Job Summary
Supports the overall operational flow through the distribution center (DC) by utilizing multiple proprietary software applications, CCTV systems, and visual observations to identify and communicate equipment faults, jams, and other operational issues to DC maintenance, IT, and operations teams. Communicates with DC teams via phone, e-mail, and multi-channel two-way radio systems.
Job Responsibilities
Identifies and resolves conveyor/flow problems using Visu and UIW software applications (automation visualization software) and by visual observation.
Completes basic checklists, forms, requests for reports, or other related DC documents.
Responds promptly and professionally to internal customer needs.
Determines response requirements and relative priorities of situations to dispatch maintenance staff, IT and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) engineers in accordance with established procedures.
