HireArt is helping an on-demand, autonomous ride-hailing company hire a Mission Control Associate to ensure trips are running smoothly and safely from the service operations command center.In this role, you will identify ways to maximize safety and service efficiency, including real-time management of fleet and crew allocation. You will also monitor areas within the vehicle’s operational design domain and put restrictions in place if certain areas should be temporarily avoided (e.g., civic events, signal alerts, or emergency scenes).
The ideal candidate has strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks independently.
