Tolsa is seeking a Mining Manager to lead and develop our mining projects, ensuring operational excellence, sustainable practices, and strategic growth. This role acts as a key connector between corporate mining strategy and on-site execution across our global operations.

Leadership & People Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary mining teams.
• Foster a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

Mine Operations Management

• Oversee daily mining activities to meet production, quality, and cost targets.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with Geology and Mining Development teams to implement long-term mining plans.
