Mining Engineer

Job Requirements:

• Preferably a Licensed Mining Engineer
• With at least 3-5 years of quarry experience
• Good at oral and verbal communication
• Proficient in MS Office

Responsibilities

1. Leading and managing the overall operation.
2. Managing and monitoring the performance of staff and labors.
3. Strategize, monitor, and achieve agreed productivity and quality of production.
4. Supervise field crew activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
5. Research and recommend improvements for quarry and plant operation and optimize equipment and facilities.
6. Advise and liaise with management and staff regarding status of daily operation.
7. Provide monthly production and inventory reports.
8. Ensuring that the demand of sales must be supply.
