About the Role

The Position
We are currently recruiting Mine Site cleaning Supervisors to work across various locations throughout Queensland in Blackwater, Dysart and Moranbah.

As a mine site cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day to day running and supervision of between 5 to 15 cleaners and reporting to upper level management on a regular basis.
Cleaning of communal buildings and facilities on the mine site

Including but not limited too, offices, training rooms, crib huts, wash rooms, locker rooms, bath houses..

Waste removal, power washing pathways and light grounds work

Physically demanding and active role, working 10-12 hour days

Training of new employees

Conduct effective prestart meetings, attend to performance issues, Demonstrate and reinforce safe behaviours, effectively investigate and report all hazards/incidents and injuries
