Mine Operation Foreman

About the Role
Key Roles:
- Lead and control daily production activities based on Daily Work Instruction
- Monitor hourly production using CCR data and resolve field constraints
- Ensure operators perform P2H before equipment operation
- Conduct safety briefings and field inspections
- Control manpower attendance and operational readiness
- Coordinate with supervisors, contractors, and Grade Control teams
Requirements:
- Minimum SMA/SMK or D3/S1 in Mining, Geology, or related fields
- Preferably POP certified
- Minimum 1 year experience as Foreman (D3/S1) or 3 years (SMA/SMK)
- Good understanding of mining operations, fleet control, and field supervision
- Able to operate LV (SIM A required)
- Strong leadership, discipline, and adaptability
- Committed to K3 & environmental compliance
- Willing to work onsite in Konawe, Southeast Sulawesi
