Mimco - Concession Manager - David Jones Marion - SA (Part Time)

As a Concession Manager, you will be responsible for delivering the concession stores financial targets and company key performance indicators, focusing heavily on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience. This role will also build a team that is empowered to exceed.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a customer centric culture, creating a warm and meaningful instore experience
• To drive sales, profit and productivity, by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business
• Ensure the team have an understanding of all business objectives, with a clear focus on commercial acumen
• Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training and development
• Work collaboratively with other Concession, Floor Managers and Cluster Managers
