Personal Support Worker (PSW) – Home Care in Milton
We are hiring reliable and hands-on Personal Support Workers to provide in-home care to clients with complex physical needs.
This role requires strong responsibility, physical capability, and strict adherence to client safety standards from the first shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal care (changing, hygiene, repositioning)
- Safe use of mobility equipment (e.g. Hoyer lift)
- Monitoring client condition and reporting concerns
- Light housekeeping related to client care
- Following care plans, safety rules, and duty-of-care requirements at all times
Requirements
- PSW certificate or equivalent training
- Hands-on experience with personal care and repositioning
- Ability to safely assist with body repositioning and transfers
