Millwright (Georgetown)

Salary Range: $42.00 per hour (Shift Premium)

Shift: Afternoons – Monday to Thursday, 3:30pm to 2:00am

Location: Georgetown site, Howmet Aerospace

Responsibilities

• Conduct preventative maintenance on all production machinery and related equipment, including material handling and forklift equipment.
• Assist in the implementation of new projects and in adjusting, improving, and repairing existing equipment.
• Start up and observe machines to detect malfunctions, report findings, and correct deficiencies.
• Communicate ideas for improvement to the departmental manager on all production‑related machinery and parts.
• Perform building/facility maintenance duties, including mechanical, electrical items in plant and office areas.
• Observe and improve production machinery and parts under the direction of the departmental manager.
• Monitor and maintain safety performance equipment.
