We are currently seeking 16 Mill Operators to support our Atlantic Operations. These roles are full‑time, max‑term positions, reporting to the Site Supervisor and will be based at our Touquoy mine site located approximately 1-hour northeast of Halifax, near Middle Musquodoboit, Nova Scotia.

Responsibilities

• Effectively operate any given mill process circuit to achieve defined operating parameters.
• Perform required checks and record detailed operating information and notes in log sheets.
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping in the work area.
• Be able to conduct training and provide mentorship to trainees.
• Work with and assist the maintenance team as required to ensure equipment is in optimal operating condition to avoid unnecessary downtime or delays.
