In this role, you will:
Act as the primary support for middleware technologies—WebSphere, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, IBM MQ.Review, validate, and optimize architecture designs and configurations.Lead major incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis.Provide technical assistance to junior and intermediate engineers.Support complex clustered environments including WAS ND and MQ HA.Oversee deployment pipelines and middleware-integrated CI/CD processes.Conduct deep log analysis (JVM, heap dumps, MQ logs, HTTP logs).Drive performance optimizations and automation.Enhance monitoring via Dynatrace and Splunk.Ensure compliance, security (TLS/SSL, certs), and audit readiness.
