About the Role
This position is responsible for the planning and operations of the Middleware Platform. This includes, but is not limited to, platforms such as the Enterprise Integration Platform (e.g., IBM webMethods, ESB), DevSecOps Platform, and Enterprise Monitoring and Logging.Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead the Middleware Platform team in managing platform operations and delivering services that ensure performance and resilience.
Ensure the right platforms and tools are used to address business challenges, collaborating with stakeholders to develop comprehensive solutions.
Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, and other leaders to deliver initiatives and products using lean and agile project management methods.
