We are looking for a Middleware / Application Support Engineer to support and maintain enterprise middleware and web applications in a production environment. The role focuses on application availability, performance monitoring, issue resolution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities:
Provide L/L production support for enterprise applications and integrations
Install, configure, patch, and maintain middleware platforms and web servers
Monitor application performance, server health, and messaging components
Troubleshoot complex application and middleware issues and perform root cause analysis
