At Arrow, we're currently looking for a **Mid/Senior** **Customer Support Associate.** In this position, you'll have the opportunity to contribute individually and as part of a team by managing complex post-booking processes, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and supporting high-tier customers across the full order-to-invoice cycle.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support to both the Inside Sales Team and customer engagements.
+ Responsible for Post-booking to Invoice process, including but not limited to maintenance of Value-Added orders & and follow-up to complete the post-booking process.
+ Backlog Management.
+ Responsibility for complex and high tier customer backlog.
