Mid Salesforce Developer

Overview:

You are responsible for designing end-to-end solutions, managing integrations with external systems, and ensuring the long-term health of the Salesforce org. You often mentor junior staff and participate in code reviews to maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translating business requirements into technical designs without needing constant hand-holding.
• Building and maintaining
  REST/SOAP APIs
  to connect Salesforce with third-party systems (ERP, Marketing tools, etc.).
• Managing version control (Git) and deployment pipelines (SFDX, CI/CD tools like Copado or Gearset).
• Refactoring spaghetti code and optimizing SOQL queries to prevent governor limit hits.
• Writing unit tests to maintain >75% (ideally >85%) code coverage and debugging issues found in UAT.
• Creating technical documentation for the components you build.
