**About the Role**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and enhance existing functionality.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to high coding and design standards.
- Partner with QA, DevOps, and Product teams to ensure smooth deployments and successful releases.
- Continuously explore and adopt new tools, technologies, and best practices within the mainframe ecosystem.
**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in COBOL development (Batch, CICS, or both).
- Strong understanding of structured programming and software design principles.
- Hands-on experience with mainframe technologies, including:- JCL- CICS- DB2- VSAM- Familiarity with version control tools such as Git (especially in modernized environments).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus....
