About the Role

What success looks like in this role: 
Provide leadership and subject matter expertise for Microsoft Messaging (Exchange Online/Hybrid/on-premises), with solid working knowledge across SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and core Microsoft 365 services. Own the design and steady-state operation of reliable, secure messaging and collaboration services; guide governance and adoption; and collaborate with project and operations teams to deliver business outcomes.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
 
Messaging
Oversee enterprise messaging services across Exchange Online, Hybrid and on-premises.
Maintain reliable mail flow and platform health; drive security, compliance and recoverability.
Plan and execute messaging improvements and migrations with minimal user impact.
