Microsoft Power Platform HRMS Developer

We are looking for a Microsoft Power Platform HRMS Consultant / Developer to design, build, and support a full‑fledged HRMS solution using Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate .
This role requires end‑to‑end ownership of HRMS architecture, development, security, workflows, integrations, deployments, and production support. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to translate HR policies and processes into secure, scalable, and maintainable HRMS solutions .
Key Responsibilities1. HRMS Core System (Power Platform) Design and implement HRMS architecture using Dataverse as the central data layer
Build Power Apps (Model‑Driven and/or Canvas) for:
Employee Master Data
Organizational structure (BU, departments, reporting hierarchy)
Role mapping and access control
HR self‑service screens
Design clean, scalable Dataverse tables, relationships, and business rules
