Role Summary:

Expert Power Platform Developer who specializes in AI capabilities and Agents. Unlike a traditional Power Automate developer, this role focuses heavily on designing, building, and deploying AI-driven flows and agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI Builder.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience leveraging Generative AI capabilities within the Microsoft ecosystem to solve complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop AI Agents : Design and build agent orchestrators using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Implement Generative AI : Configure Generative Answers and ground the agents on knowledge bases (SharePoint, Dataverse, Websites, OneDrive) to provide accurate, context-aware responses.

Build Custom Actions : Develop complex Power Automate flows specifically designed to serve as Plugins or Skills for Copilot agents (e.g., calling APIs, retrieving specific data records, performing OCR...
