Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled
Microsoft Endpoint Management (Intune) Engineer
with strong troubleshooting capabilities across Windows, Android, and device provisioning environments. The role involves device lifecycle management, application deployment, Autopilot provisioning, co-management migration (SCCM → Intune), and enterprise mobility support.
Key Responsibilities
Device Management & Co-Management
Manage and support
SCCM to Intune migrations
Implement and troubleshoot
co-management workloads
Configure workload ownership (Windows Update, Compliance, Apps, etc.)
Handle hybrid Azure AD join and Entra ID joined devices
Investigate patching issues after workload transition to Intune
Windows Update & Patching
Configure and manage
Update Rings
Troubleshoot devices not receiving cumulative updates
