As a
Senior MS D365 FSCM Developer
, you will take a process-driven, end-to-end approach to designing, developing, and integrating D365 Finance, Operations, and SCM solutions. You'll collaborate with Solution Architects, guide junior developers, and ensure high-quality technical delivery that meets SLA and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject-matter expert in D365 FSCM development
- Produce technical documentation, white papers, and training materials
- Collaborate with Solution Architects on technical specifications and integrations
- Create detailed technical design documents aligned with solution architecture
- Oversee custom development and quality assurance when required
- Ensure SLA compliance across:
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Service Requests
- Change Management
