Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. Implement plugins, workflows, custom actions, and business process flows. Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware. Customize forms, views, dashboards, entities, and security models. Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
