Designation – Team Lead/Assistant Manager (Level 1 Support Team)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to support our Finance and Operations modules and resolving day-to-day end user issues and queries/technical issues. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and manage JIRA tickets related to Dynamics 365 issues and enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve L1 functional issues in Dynamics 365 applications.
• User Access Management process (Create an New users/access grant, revoke and modifications) and Manage User access in Azure platform.
