About the Role

We’re looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant to drive the technical evolution of our customer service platforms. You’ll play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimizing our Dynamics 365 Contact Center environment, integrating cutting-edge AI tools, and ensuring seamless system performance.

Possible locations: Berlin, Amsterdam, Heerenveen, Verl, Baden-Baden, or Münster

Your responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable configurations within Dynamics 365 Contact Center, focusing on performance, reliability, and user experience.

Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows, custom connectors, and integrations with backend systems.

Deploy and fine-tune AI-driven tools such as Copilot, chatbots, and virtual agents to enhance customer interactions.

Lead technical aspects of platform migration from legacy systems, including data mapping, transformation, and validation.
