Microsoft Dynamics 365 (FinOps) Developer & Solution Lead

Role Overview

Own the full FinOps solution life cycle—code, architecture, and process. Acting as both principal developer and de facto solution architect, you will deliver high-impact Finance & Operations customizations, champion best-practice governance, and orchestrate integrations that align our D365 ledger with a high-volume eCommerce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• FinOps Solution Governance – Translate finance and supply-chain requirements into robust functional designs; define D365 architectural standards in the absence of a dedicated solution architect.
• D365 FinOps Development – Build and extend X++ objects, data entities, Dual-write mappings, and workflow automations across General Ledger, AR/AP, Cash & Bank, Fixed Assets, Product Costing, and Tax.
• Business Partnering – Advise Controllers, FP&A, and Operations leads on best-practice configuration, posting profiles, and compliance (IFRS/GAAP, SOX, local tax).
