Role Overview
The D365 CRM Platform Technical Lead is responsible for leading the technical design, configuration, development, integration, and deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. This role works closely with project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Project Manager to align on business outcomes, module scope, and delivery timelines
Work with cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions within scope, schedule, and budget
Review and validate infrastructure, security, and overall solution design
Identify, track, and manage technical issues; oversee resolution and escalate when required
Apply project best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
