Responsibilities
Provide good working knowledge of Dynamics and evaluate business processes against standard Dynamics functionality and the wider components of the Power Platform Customising Dynamics (Creating tables, columns, forms, Apps etc.) Building Flows (Power Automate) Interpret business requirements and translate them into solutions driven by Dynamics CRM by understanding the needs of the business and mapping these as business processes Ensure that simple, supportable and upgradable solutions are developed and deployed Responsible for documenting clear and concise business requirements which outline what a Dynamics CRM solution will look like within Azure DevOps
