• Assist in software configuration and customisation using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to align with business requirements.
• Perform independently and grow into a subject matter expert (SME).
• Actively participate and contribute to team discussions.
• Provide solutions to work-related challenges.
• Develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
• Integrate CRM with other systems and platforms.
• Deliver technical support and troubleshoot CRM issues.
